Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership in the District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association is open to lawyers, law students, and other legal professionals without regard to age, race, religion, sex, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or transgender status. The District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association members include legal professionals from large law firms, solo and small practices, government agencies, non-profits, academia, and the judiciary. The District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association does not sell its membership list and will keep any member’s information confidential upon request.
Dues and Refund Policy
Membership dues support all District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association activities and are due upon joining the District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association. Dues vary according to annual income, profession, and student status. You may pay dues online.

| Annual Income between $50,000 and $100,000 | $75/year |

| Annual income over $200,000 | $200/year |
| Sustaining member | $200/year |
